There's nothing specific you need to do to prepare for your Session. I will gently guide you into expressing whatever wants to be tended to, and support you throughout the Session. I encourage you to bring a drink, snacks, and something cozy like a blanket or stuffed animal if that helps you feel comfortable! The space I offer is judgment-free, so anything we talk about or anything you need to feel comfy is welcome (as long as you're wearing clothes, we're all good!)
